What do employers get on a JobClay job board?
Their own area on your board, at /employer/. There they edit a company profile, write and publish jobs, see who applied, buy packages and download invoices, and invite their team. It uses your board’s name, logo and colour.
Can employers write job posts with formatting?
Yes. The job description editor offers headings, bold, italic, bullet and numbered lists and links, and the company profile’s description uses it too. JobClay cleans the text before it is shown, so a pasted job cannot bring in other markup.
How can candidates apply to a job?
The employer chooses for each job. Candidates can apply on your board, and the application appears in the employer’s applicant list. They can be sent to the company’s own application address, and the employer sees how many clicked through. Or applications and resumes can be emailed to an address the employer confirms first.
What can an employer do with applicants?
They see each job’s applicants with their contact details, experience and cover note, search the list and filter it by stage. The stages are New, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Hired and Rejected. They can move one applicant or up to 100 at a time, and add private notes that only their team sees, never the applicant.
Can employers export their applicants?
Yes. Each job’s applicant list has a Download CSV button. The file follows the filters on screen, so an employer can download everyone or only the shortlisted, and it includes the cover notes and the team’s notes.
Can several recruiters work under one company?
Yes. A company admin invites colleagues by email, and the invitation lasts 7 days. Members share the company’s jobs and applicants, and admins can also invite and remove members and edit the profile. A member who is removed becomes an independent recruiter again.
What is a claimable company page?
When your board lists a company that no employer account runs, for example one that came in through a job source, an employer can ask to claim it. You decide in the console whether to approve it, and the employer is emailed the answer. You can also invite a person to run a company yourself.
Do employers get their own area on my board?
Yes. Employers work in the employer area at /employer/ on your board, with its own sign-in, separate from your job seekers’ accounts, so a person can be signed in to both on one board. It is part of every board and needs no extra setup.
