Niceboard alternatives: other job board software
JobClay wrote this page, and JobClay is one of the five platforms listed below. It is meant for Niceboard customers weighing their bill, or the features Niceboard keeps for its upper plans: what changed on Niceboard’s pricing page, what to look at before moving, the options as their own pricing pages describe them, when staying is the wiser call, and the steps of a move.
Updated . Each reason links the page it comes from, and each platform’s row says when its pricing page was read.

What to weigh
-
Price the plan you would need, not the cheapest one: count your live jobs and job seeker accounts, and how often your job sources must refresh.
-
If you use a talent pool, several languages or member single sign-on, find the plan that carries each one elsewhere; of the platforms here, only one has all three on every plan.
-
If some employers pay by bank transfer or against an invoice, a platform that takes only Stripe will not do.
-
Niceboard exports to CSV, so pick a platform that imports CSV files and can send your old job addresses to the new pages.
The options
The options run from the most to the fewest of three tools Niceboard sells on its plans: a talent pool employers can search, several languages on one board, and single sign-on. Where two have as many, the lower entry price comes first. JobClay has none of the three and comes last; it is here for boards leaving over price or payment methods.
| Platform | Entry price | Entry plan includes | Free plan or trial | Cut of employer payments | How employers pay you | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cavuno Checked October 30, 2026 on cavuno.com | $39 a month, or $29 a month billed yearly | 500 live jobs, your own domain | 14-day Starter trial, no card needed, and the board can be published during it | None on its standard plans: no transaction fee or revenue share, though Stripe’s own fees apply | Stripe: job posts, bundles, employer subscriptions and talent access plans | Keeping all three: a talent directory with paid access to resumes, a multilingual board and sign-in through your organization, on every plan; Starter shows a Cavuno footer credit. |
| Spacewalk Checked October 30, 2026 on gospacewalk.com | $81 a month, or $65 a month billed yearly | 100 live jobs, no own domain | 14-day free trial, no card needed on Starter and Pro | None: a flat monthly fee, no revenue share | Employer posting fees go to the board owner | Associations, alumni networks and training providers: a talent pool on every plan, talent search for employers as a paid add-on from Pro, and single sign-on on Enterprise, where your own domain also starts. |
| JBoard Checked October 30, 2026 on jboard.io | $149 a month, or $119 a month billed yearly | 1,000 live jobs, 3 import sources, your own domain | 14-day free trial, card required | None: a flat monthly subscription, no commissions or revenue share | Charge for job postings on every plan; subscriptions and packages from Standard | Charging employers for candidates: resume access employers pay for from Standard, and single sign-on on Scale. |
| Job Boardly Checked October 30, 2026 on jobboardly.com | $60 a month, or $40 a month billed yearly | 10,000 live jobs, your own domain | 14-day free trial on every plan, card needed to start, no charge until it ends | Job posts, packages and a candidate paywall on every plan; employer subscriptions from Pro; Stripe Tax and invoices | Community boards in more than one language: multi-language support, job seeker profiles and a candidate paywall on every plan; its pricing page lists no talent search or single sign-on. | |
| JobClay Read live from JobClay’s plans | $49 a month, or $490 a year | 1,000 live jobs, 3 import sources, your own domain | A free plan, no card needed | None | Employers pay you directly, by card into your own Stripe account or by bank transfer | Leaving over price or Stripe: a free plan, bank transfer beside card payments, and emails from your own domain on a plan with a published price. One language per board, no talent pool and no single sign-on. |
Prices are in US dollars, as each pricing page prints them; JobClay’s row is read from its plans when the page is shown. An empty cell means the page does not say.
Stay with Niceboard if
- You run an association on software such as iMIS, GrowthZone or WildApricot, and Niceboard’s job board made for that software is why you chose it.
- Employers pay you for access to your talent pool, and that income covers the plan.
- Your board runs in more than one language on a plan you already pay for.
- Every employer pays by card, so a checkout that takes only Stripe costs you nothing.
Moving a board from Niceboard
Niceboard’s pricing page says its dashboard has export buttons that save jobs, employers and the rest of your data as CSV files. JobClay’s Import page takes those files on every plan: it matches columns by name, shows sample values from each column so you can correct a match, and previews the problems, with a count, before anything is written. Add an old_url column holding each job’s or company’s Niceboard address, and the import makes it a redirect to the new page. Job seeker accounts and alert subscribers stay behind on Niceboard; they join the new board themselves.

Questions
Related pages:
How much did Niceboard’s entry plan go up?
It more than doubled in 2025: archived copies of its pricing page from April and from August, both linked in the list above, show the cheapest plan before and after. Niceboard’s current entry price, with the day we checked it, is in our price table of job board software.
Can I keep a talent pool if I leave Niceboard?
On some platforms. Cavuno lists a talent directory, Spacewalk a talent pool, and JBoard resume access that employers pay for. JobClay has none: employers see the people who apply to their jobs, with screening answers, stages, notes and CSV export.
Do I need Stripe on JobClay?
No. Each board chooses card payments into its own Stripe account, bank transfer, or both. A transfer order shows the employer your payment instructions, you mark it paid once the money is in, and the employer gets an invoice.
Can a JobClay board run in two languages?
No. A board has one language, and you can rewrite every word of it in the console, emails included, so the board can speak the language of its niche. Of the platforms here, Cavuno and Job Boardly list several languages on every plan.
